BMS Value Pack
A unified platform to streamline global VAP & HEOR communications.
Project Overview
Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical leader dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines for serious diseases. However, VAP & HEOR materials were scattered across multiple internal platforms, making it difficult for WW teams and markets to quickly find what they needed. The Value Pack housed content for Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, and Fibrosis, while the PACE Hub was used exclusively for Hematology. This fragmentation created inefficiencies, inconsistencies in communication, and a disjointed user experience across therapeutic areas.
The Grovery hired me to develop a new and improved Value Pack—a centralized hub to unify all therapeutic areas. My role began with a full UX audit of both existing systems, assessing content organization, navigation flows, and user interaction patterns. From there, I designed a new site architecture to consolidate content, streamline navigation, and create a consistent framework that could scale with future needs.

MY ROLE

I began with a comprehensive UX audit of both systems. This process allowed me to identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for streamlining. From these insights, I developed a single, unified sitemap that brought together the best aspects of both platforms, ensuring a logical structure.

Hi-Fidelity Wireframes / Design
The new system would be built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), so I developed high-fidelity wireframes in Adobe XD to guide the implementation. The development team was given a Functional Specifications Document (FSD), as well, to ensure that everyone was aligned on project goals and deliverables.
All the deliverables were handed off to development and the new Value Pack was built according to the design. To view the full Functional Specifications Document, click on the button, below.
